FAQ
Find answers about installation, connection, and usage.
01 How do I install the browser extension?
The standard 0.4.0 install path is Chrome Web Store. Use the official download page to open the store listing. If there is no standard offline package, the download page will not show an offline button.
02 How do I install Bridge?
Choose the Bridge package on the download page. Windows users download Windows Bridge. Mac users should check About This Mac first and choose Intel or Apple Silicon / M-series. The files are hosted on GitHub Releases.
03 How do I install Photoshop CEP?
Install Bridge first, then install Photoshop CEP. Windows uses the Windows Photoshop CEP package. macOS currently uses one unified CEP package, so there are no separate Intel and M-series CEP buttons.
04 How do I install Photoshop UXP?
Install Bridge first, then download the UXP .ccx. UXP installation depends on Adobe / Creative Cloud. It is not CEP, and it is not split into Intel or M-series packages.
05 Why do I need the browser extension, Bridge, and tool-side plugins (PS, Figma, Sketch)?
The browser extension selects and sends web assets, Bridge handles local connection and transfer, and the PS, Figma, or Sketch plugin receives or continues processing the asset in the target tool. Together they complete the local web-to-tool workflow.
01 How do I send a web image to PS, Figma, Sketch, or Eagle?
Select an asset on a supported website and send it through the IMVIA browser extension to PS, Figma, Sketch, or Eagle. Install the matching tool plugin, and Bridge handles the local transfer.
02 Which websites support transfer?
Use the supported-sites matrix as the source of truth. The current version supports web to Photoshop, web to any web page, Photoshop to any web page, and transfers into Eagle. Huaban and Pinterest are source-only and cannot receive images.
03 How many objects can batch send handle?
There is no fixed object-count limit for batch sending. Actual throughput depends on image count, size, and device performance.
01 What if the Photoshop panel does not appear?
First confirm the path you installed. For CEP, check the Photoshop extensions entry. For UXP, check the plugin install flow in Adobe / Creative Cloud. Then restart Photoshop and confirm Bridge is installed.
02 What should I do if Bridge is disconnected?
Start Bridge, then confirm the browser extension, Bridge, and Photoshop CEP or UXP are on the same computer. If it is still disconnected, check whether firewall or security software blocks local connections, then restart Bridge and Photoshop.
