Privacy policy

IMVIA is built around one principle: creative assets stay local, while the cloud only handles license and abuse-prevention checks.

What we do not collect

  • We do not upload user images, PSD, SVG, or design assets to the IMVIA cloud.
  • We do not read third-party website cookies or tokens.
  • We do not bypass third-party login, payment, upload, or quota restrictions.

What the license API processes

  • License token.
  • A device identifier hash generated by the local Bridge for license validation, device binding, one 7-day trial per device, and abuse prevention.
  • Plan and status information.
  • Fair-use and abuse-prevention checks.

IMVIA does not upload hardware serial numbers, MAC addresses, full machine details, or plaintext device identifiers. Device hashes are not used for ad tracking and are not shown in the UI or logs.

The cloud API is only used for activation codes, license validation, fair-use checks, and abuse prevention. It is not part of asset transfer. For privacy questions, contact xiongrubing2026@gmail.com.
